📍 Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped either directly from our Bethlehem, PA boutique or through our trusted dropshipping partners. Items may arrive in multiple packages depending on availability and location.


🚚 Processing Time

  • In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Dropshipped items may require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Standard shipping is available via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on the item origin.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Some dropshipped items may ship from different locations, which may affect delivery times.


🛍️ Free In-Store Pickup

  • Available at our Main Street boutique in Bethlehem, PA.

  • You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup (typically within 24 hours for in-store items).

  • Pickup hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM


🌎 International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping may become available in the future.


🧾 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order includes dropshipped items, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost, delayed beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii reflect carrier surcharges and oversized package fees. Shipping rates are non-negotiable and based on real carrier costs.
